New Light Recovery Center is a community-based outpatient substance abuse program servicing persons throughout Southeastern Michigan.

Founded in 1996, New Light Recovery Center, Inc. has served at the forefront of  Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT) for opioid addiction.

Our highly skilled and dedicated staff have helped thousands of chemically dependent individuals fight their addiction and lead frutiful, productive lives.

Our staff is dedicated to providing a full range of outpatient substance abuse services including one-to-one and group counseling, medical examinations and methadone maintenance.

We are licensed by the State of Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).  New Light Recovery Center, Inc. is the first methadone treatment program to be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of  Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in the State of Michigan.
